From planning to manufacturing

a single and proven process

1. Analysis and CAD/CAM design

The process begins with a technical feasibility study and the design of tooling using advanced CAD/CAM software.

2. Raw material preparation

Steel is carefully selected and inspected before processing begins to ensure strength and quality.

3. Cold shearing or laser cutting

Automatic shears and laser cutting systems enable fast and precise cutting with minimal waste.

4. Hot forging

Controlled temperature furnaces ensure precise hot forging and consistent product quality.

5. Heat treatments

Different heat treatment systems ensure the required hardness, strength, and resilience specifications. All treatments are carried out under strict supervision by specialized technical personnel.

6. CNC machining

CNC turning and milling centers perform all types of mechanical processing, achieving the tightest tolerances required by customer specifications.

7. Sandblasting

Sandblasting perfects the surface finish of the product, delivering a clean, uniform, and high-strength tool able to withstand the toughest operating conditions.

8. Painting

Powder or immersion painting completes the process, delivering finished products in various colors and ensuring durability and corrosion resistance.

9. Quality control

For metallurgical and dimensional checks, Shree Balaji Exports employs 3D measuring systems, microscopes, and Brinell and Rockwell hardness testers to guarantee the highest certification levels of quality — always in line with the group’s standards.
